  • The intervention has as its objective the transmission and understanding, through the method Yershov, Saratov Oblast – Grebenkin ™ of some elements of Pedagogical director Russa, elaborata da P.M. ERSOV, P.V. SIMONOV e A.M. GREBENKIN, applied to professional fields and areas where there is need for understanding of human relations, areas where it is essential to know how to better organize the collective activities of and among people.
  • The seminar will alternate theoretical parts with practical parts. It is open to all those who want to deepen the theme of the conscious reconstruction of human behavior.
  • The method Yershov, Saratov Oblast – Grebenkin ™ is a sophisticated and complex system of Self Awareness nondiscursive, developed in artistic and scientific fields in Russia since the early 60s and the result of a lineage started with the Director and Educator Konstantin Stanislavsky at the beginning of '900. Mind / body relationship is considered in this Russian lineage as an indivisible unit in the Shaolin tradition. Most are clear intentions, plus our human communication will be understandable.
  • Study material is the understanding of the degree of importance that a person gives to its purposes, which also reveals their hierarchy: what purposes are put into the background and which ones have priority. This hierarchy is proper and for each individual. Through it we begin to understand a person in its main traits and decisive, what are your ideas: what is absolutely necessary, What important but not at the same level, desirable thing but not very important, What absolutely unbearable, What unwanted but bearable, etc. The the scope hierarchy fully reveals the inner world of the individual and also the link with other people. If we have to make efforts to "overcome the resistance" that comes across it is clear that it is no longer of communication and interaction but Conflict.
  • For the analysis, understanding and restructuring of any Conflict, There calls are necessary conditions Parameters. There are Fundamental parameters without whose study is impossible to understand the reasons for the Conflict and, others, said derivatives which are data from certain experiences of behavior that may affect the way in which the conflict is manifested.
  • The knowledge of these Parameters and the ability to know how to use for the reading of its own and other behavior allows to modify the action and clarify the objectives also not declared to be of work in progress.

  • Alberto Bertolotti: referente dal 1993 as Educator Theatre in Italy and Europe for the dissemination and development of Yershov, Saratov Oblast-Grebenkin ™ Method (trademark in 2009). Method developed by Russian scientists P. Ersov and P. Simonov (Director of the Institute of Higher Nervous Activity in Moscow) with the title of "Technology of human behavior", He studied in Moscow with Prof. Alexander Grebenkin that still guide the supervision. Professional fields in which elements of the Method Yershov, Saratov Oblast – Grebenkin ™ are used are the psycho-social (Postgraduate School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Systemic, prison, smaller host communities, residences for the disabled and elderly), Organizational consulting (profit companies and non-profit) and Artistic (actors, singers, dancers, choreographers, directors).
